Orders that place themselves
A trade supplier raised every wholesaler order by hand, one line at a time, every morning. We built the thing that pools the morning into one list, works out who each item should come from, and places the lot on a single click.

Switched off on purpose
A studio ran several service lines out of one project tool and couldn't tell, from any screen, which projects were quietly on their third or fourth revision. We rebuilt the delivery system so rework can't hide, then left the automations turned off.

Things we've done
See what we actually build before you talk to us. Each one is a real client system: what it does, how it decides, and what we deliberately left for a person. If a client isn't named, it's because we don't have written permission yet.
Running, not mocked up
Everything here is in production or in pilot with a paying client. Where a build isn't live yet, the page says so.
The whole mechanism
Not a feature list. What triggers it, what it reads, how it chooses, and what comes back when it can't decide.
Including what stays manual
The list of things a build deliberately refuses to do is usually the most useful part of it.
